I grew up in a culture that loves to entertain(Jamaica), and I was known as the life of the party. We would put on our own shows to entertain each other, so as long as I can remember I have been an entertainer, and food and entertainment goes well together.

   As a Child my mother would always be cooking, in my opinion, she never leaves the kitchen, and at one point in her life she owned and operated a catering company.

    Later in life, I find myself working in the food industry( approximately 10yrs),which added to my culinary background.

 One day my sister approached me  with the idea of starting my own catering service, and from then on I have been exploring and living a dream.
     The entertainment part of the business came naturally. For a while, I notice that people needed help hosting and planning their various events.  Whenever I would see this need I would offer my help; this was happening quite often, so I capitalized on the opportunity, and that was a walk in the park for me because I am a people personal, who loves to entertain. My husband also loves music, and that goes well with entertainment. Hence, the Party Professionals was created.  What can I say, we are an entertaining family.
    I have 2 degrees, 1 in Business Administration, and the other in Business Management, which helps us manage the business side of everything, and last, but not least, my heavenly father keeps us all afloat.
